Hotel Virginia was originally opened in 1960 and in order to guarantee comfort to our guests, we have recently renovated each of the floors (rooms on the second floor in 2001 and the rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor in 2003). Hotel Virginia is a family-run quality 2 star hotel and we are proud to offer all of our guests a warm welcome, relaxing environment and a friendly service.

The hotel is located in Rome' s historical centre - just a short walk from the city's most famous sights, such as the Spanish Steps are just a brisk 10-minute walk away and the Coloseum a further 10 minutes away. Other places of interest which are easily reached by public transport or foot include Venezia square, the Pantheon and Condotti street. Also close to the hotel is one of Rome' s local markets, where visitors can buy typical Roman produce and knick-knacks.

We have 30 rooms and we are able to offer guests various sizes, from singles to large family rooms, all characterised by a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Each room is well equipped with all the necessary comforts: en suite bathroom, colour TV, mini bar (on request), conditioning air, safety deposit box, heating.
